I call on Castle Cleaners pretty often for work and they provide consistently good quality. In terms of customer service, they are top notch and they will go above and beyond to try and accommodate my requests. It's always delightful to work with Katie, and Kevin has been great too. Both of them respond really, really quickly, which I appreciate. The one time we had a miscommunication, they resolved the issue immediately. Usually, everything is super smooth! I really enjoy working with them and recommend them highly.

I was nervous about starting a regular cleaning service during the covid pandemic, however after reading up I decided to book a deep clean. The cleaner arrived professionally wearing gloves and a mask the entire time and being very mindful of the space and social distancing while working about the house. The cleaning provided was incredibly thorough and efficient. The rate offered was also very competitive after pricing out several other options. I have already started scheduling regular cleaning services through Castle Cleaners and have given out several recommendations to my friends.

Today was the best day for me. I usually am very unlucky when it comes to finding good services for my home and if the job can go wrong it will. Castle Cleaners sent a crew (the best crew) to clean out my HVAC ducts, kitchen and bathroom grout, windows and gutters. Paul, Mike and Jeff went above and beyond my expectations in all the jobs they did. I will absolutely recommend Castle Cleaners to all my family and friends and use them again as needed.

My family was under a great deal of stress during a recent move. Castle Cleaners was extremely accommodating and professional when providing “move out” and “move in” cleaning services. We were impressed with the quality of their services. We will definitely use their full services in the future and would highly recommend them.

Working with Kevin has been a pleasure. He responds very quickly to emails and accommodates my schedule. The two cleaners who performed the cleaning showed up on time, were very professional, and did a thorough job. They also checked to make sure that I was happy with their work. I have already used Castle Cleaners twice, and expect to do so again in the future.

We had our windows cleaned inside and out (2 story home) and they look fantastic! Alan did a wonderful job and really spent his time making sure the windows sparkled. Will definitely use CastleCleaners again!

Great company that we have used for multiple projects. Found Castle Cleaners a few years ago to have our gutters cleaned , they came in with a reasonable price and did a fantastic job and we have used them for an annual service for that since. Next we had them in to wash all of our second story windows, again with the same fair pricing and excellent work. Lastly, we had them over to clean all of our carpets, and once again the level of work was terrific and all for a price that we thought was reasonable.

Castle Cleaners did a wonderful job cleaning one of rental properties. They are very professional from the moment you call, until the last cleaning detail is executed. Great communication throughout, no surprises, highly recommend for any cleaning job big or small.
